8/10. SAS has opted for a relatively dark and masculine design in their Business Class, with tones of grey, touches of black, brushed steel, leather and orange trim accents. The cabin, seat, and finishes are well-designed, giving SAS Business Class an elegant and contemporary character. The comfortable seats are upholstered in charcoal fabrics
Lufthansa’s “real” new business class product. Lufthansa’s latest plan is that some 787s and A350s delivered in 2023 will feature the new cabins. We don’t have exact details yet, but that’s the general plan. Just to be clear, only the A350s acquired from Philippine Airlines will feature these staggered seats that have debuted today.
Lufthansa A340-300 Business Class Cabin & Seat. Even though Lufthansa’s A340-300s come in a number of different configurations, the seats themselves are the same in all of them and each of them vary only in the number of seats. The aircraft that was operating my flight had a total of 279 seats in three classes.
Lufthansa First Class Lounge Munich Airport location & transfer. The Lufthansa First Class Lounge Munich Satellite is located in Terminal 2, opposite of gates K11 or L11 (depending on whether you’re on a Schengen or non-Schengen flight). If you arrive at a remote stand, Lufthansa will pick you up directly from your plane.
Lufthansa’s Boeing 787 routes. Lufthansa’s Boeing 787-9 will be entering passenger service shortly. On October 8 and October 9, 2022, the jet operated a bunch of training flights around Germany, as the plane operated a total of 23 flights. These ranged in length from 14min to 1hr52min, and were presumably intended for pilot training.
The Airbus A330 is the slightly older model of the three, but it still has many of the same features. All aircraft contain eight First Class seats in the same 1-2-1 configuration across two rows. If you’re traveling with a companion, then the best Swiss First Class seats would be Seats 2D and 2G on all aircraft.
